Summary
Various presbyopia-correcting multifocal and full visual range (FVR) intraocular lenses (IOLs) provide spectacle-free vision after cataract surgery. However, there is a compromise in visual quality. Bausch + Lomb has recently developed a full visual range (FVR) IOL that provides cataract patients with a continuous range of vision from distance to near, while offering greater tolerance to dysphotopsia and maintaining good mesopic contrast sensitivity
