PURPOSE: To present a case series evaluating real-world clinical performance of the enVista ENVY (EN) and enVista ENVY toric (ETN) full visual range intraocular lenses (IOLs) in patients (pts) undergoing cataract surgery.

METHODS: This case series included 71 eyes implanted with the ETN or EN IOL by a single surgeon in the US between November 6, 2024, and July 30, 2025. Key outcomes measures included monocular and binocular vision outcomes (corrected distance visual acuity [CDVA], uncorrected distance visual acuity [UDVA], uncorrected intermediate visual acuity [UIVA], uncorrected near visual acuity [UNVA]), mean refractive spherical equivalent (MRSE), and occurrence of glistenings, posterior capsule opacification (PCO), and adverse events (AEs).

RESULTS: The analysis included 49 patients (28 EN, 43 ETN eyes). Mean±SD target SE was 0.23±0.16 (EN, n=27) and -0.19+0.13 (ETN, n=43). Monocular CDVA ≤20/25 was achieved in 100% (EN) and 95% (ETN); UDVA ≤20/32 in 86% and 77%; UIVA ≤20/25 in 95% and 84%; and UNVA ≤ J2 in 79% and 76%, respectively. Binocular CDVA ≤20/25 was achieved in 100% (EN) and 92% (ETN). Mean+SD MRSE and residual cylinder were -0.06±0.40 and -0.36±0.28 (EN), and -0.32±0.32 and -0.40±0.35 (ETN). No serious AEs or glistenings were observed.

CONCLUSION: In this real-world patient population, EN and ETN provided excellent refractive accuracy and high rates of good distance, intermediate, and near vision. No serious AEs or glistenings occurred.
